pobl. is an independent talent consultancy specialising in medical communications. We're working with a highly specialist market access consultancy to recruit an Associate Medical Writer. In this role, you'll develop medical and scientific text, perform data checks and editorial proofing, and contribute to client calls around data queries. You'll join a supportive and welcoming team where you'll be encouraged to learn, ask questions and develop your understanding of medical writing principles.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in producing well-researched, accurate medical writing, and who can work on multiple projects concurrently. You'll be a team player who communicates clearly and actively aims to support colleagues, always aiming to produce and deliver the best work possible.
This is a permanent, early-career position for someone looking to build a career in Market Access.
What You'll Be Doing
• Develop clear, accurate, grammatically correct, technical and creative medical and scientific text for a variety of audiences
• Quickly become the therapy area and data expert for your work, developing in-depth knowledge of the data and contributing to client calls around data queries
• Attend client calls and contribute to discussions around data queries
• Work on multiple projects concurrently, learning how to manage your time appropriately to meet internal and external deadlines
• Communicate professionally, clearly and concisely with colleagues around objectives, timelines, deadlines, responsibilities and expectations
What We're Looking For
• An academic background in biological sciences (MSc or PhD preferred)
• Proven ability to write accurately and grammatically, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
• A team-oriented, open and proactive approach to work, with a desire to continuously learn and develop
