We're hiring for a Director of Medical Communications. This is a full-time and remote-first position to lead the evolution of a Med Comms business unit for a successful client known for their expertise in scientific content.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategy and Growth: Translate a roadmap into clear Med Comms services, securing new business and driving organic growth within existing clients.
Team Leadership: Shape the team structure, hire when needed, and manage and coach colleagues to enhance their strategic thinking and scientific delivery.
Business Development: Be a visible ambassador, building a market reputation for scientific consultancy and securing measurable impact for clients.

The Experience You'll Need

Leadership Background: Extensive experience in a leadership position within medical communications, with proven experience developing and implementing change.
Scientific Acumen: Education to PhD level in biological sciences is preferred (but not essential), with expert knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, including ABPI and other codes of practice.
Commercial Expertise: Exceptional commercial awareness, business acumen, and demonstrable experience securing and converting new business.
