About

Over the last 4 years, as I have worked towards my PhD studentship in molecular Biology at Newcastle University, I have developed a strong passion for scientific communication. Sharing my research in a variety of forms has been a key motivation for me. I have communicated my research in a variety of formats, including publishing a scientific literature reviews, presenting my research to a variety of audiences, including as an elevator pitch, 3-minute flash talk and 10-minute short talk at scientific conferences, in-depth presentations in lab meetings and as a scientific poster at an International Conference. As the end of my PhD studentship approaches I am now seeking a career in medical communications, which would provide me with the opportunity to continue doing what I love most: Communicating important scientific research findings.
