We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to build and lead a marketing function that elevates the Aspire brand, builds inbound interest from target clients, and supports our vision by driving revenue growth and reinforcing our position as a great place to work.
The role
You will shape and deliver our marketing strategy, helping to define how we position ourselves, how we stand out in the market, and how we engage target clients. You’ll plan and deliver impactful campaigns across a range of channels, ensuring consistency of tone, quality, and brand across all outputs and activities.
Working closely with leadership, business development and service experts, you’ll translate complex ideas into engaging marketing and help strengthen our presence across the pharma, biotech and medical communications (MedComms) landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead a marketing strategy that will elevate the Aspire brand within global pharma and biotech, drive inbound interest from target clients, and maintain our reputation as a people-first MedComms employer of choice
- Raise brand visibility and differentiation within the MedComms space
- Design and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Manage and prioritise marketing activity based on impact
- Create and oversee high-quality content and thought leadership activities
- Manage marketing systems and annual budget
- Support business development through aligned messaging and sales collateral
- Track and report on marketing performance, using insights to optimise activity
About you
You’re a commercially aware marketer with a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. You enjoy working collaboratively, bringing fresh ideas, and translating complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
- Proven experience developing and delivering marketing strategies in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of marketing best practice and campaign planning
- Creative approach to positioning and differentiation
- Comfortable working across strategy and execution in a hands-on role
- Ability to work with subject experts and communicate complex ideas clearly
- A marketing qualification is preferred
- Experience in healthcare or medical communications is helpful but not essential
