Account Manager, TW1

Dear <do you see your own name here?>

I'm writing to thank you for an excellent first year as an Account Manager at TW1!

You told us you shared our values of partnership, accountability, adaptability and curiosity, and you have shown it every day. Clients see you as an extension of their team, and colleagues know they can rely on you to take ownership, follow through on commitments and get things done. Your colleagues know that when you take something on, it gets done.

From your first week you spoke up in meetings, asking good questions, sharing your view and listening well to others. Watching you plan and co-facilitate your first expert meetings has been a highlight. This skill is central to TW1's future, and I will personally support you to keep growing in it.

Your curiosity about AI has made a real difference. You use AI with confidence and good judgement, and the tips you've shared have helped the whole team work smarter.

Your flexibility and eye for detail mean projects run smoothly and clients feel supported.Thank you, and congratulations on a fantastic year.

Your future MD,

Tracy Willmott
